Role:
As a Salon Assistant at ŌDE, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our salon, while gaining invaluable experience from our expert stylists and colorists. Responsibilities:
Assisting stylists with client services, including shampooing, conditioning treatments, scalp treatments and preparing hair for styling. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations, salon floor, and employee areas. Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring their comfort. Participating in ongoing training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Adhering to all salon policies and procedures. Maintaining a professional and polished appearance.
Qualifications:
Passion for honing your craft and a desire to learn and grow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask, take initiative, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessand organization. Previous salon experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Cosmetology license or current enrollment in cosmetology school with a permit.
