Our shop is located in a busy location with heavy foot traffic resulting in an overflow of clients. We're looking for NJ licensed barber(s) with dedication, good work ethic, personable, and skills to join our shop. No clientele needed as long as you're willing to put the work in. All you have to do is bring your barber equipment, we'll provide the supplies and clients. In return, our shop offers: Competitive commission or Hourly Pay (negotiable) + same day tips Annual bonus Paid vacation after a year of service and meeting qualifications Flexible hours Professional and clean environment A chance to grow your skills and your client base W-2 employee Depending on skill level and if you bring your own clientele, there will be room for negotiation.
