WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Working behind the chair while continuing to refine your technical skills Delivering elevated, thoughtful client experiences Participating in ongoing education, real-time coaching, and mentorship Developing your voice as a stylist within a collaborative team environment Building and maintaining a loyal clientele with structure and support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
