Conduct advanced skincare treatments like dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser procedures to enhance skin health. Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend personalized hair color solutions that complement each client's features. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety. Engage with clients through excellent customer service by listening attentively and upselling retail products like hair care items or skincare products. Stay current on industry trends such as hair threading, barbering techniques, and new treatment options to provide innovative services. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive training in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques. Proven experience in nail care services including gel nails, nail art, and manicures/pedicures. Knowledge of skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy is preferred. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired looks and treatment plans. Ability to perform retail math for upselling products confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
