Ideal candidates will:

Hold an active New Jersey professional license applicable to their position Have at least 3 years of professional licensing experience Have an established clientele and/or a strong professional/social media following Be dependable, professional, and committed to providing an excellent client experience Communicate respectfully and work well within a team Be open to continued education and professional development Take pride in their work, appearance, and professionalism Bring a positive, mature, and solutions-oriented attitude Respect the salon, clients, and fellow team members Be excited to contribute to a growing small business We are building Raíces with intention, and we are looking for professionals who want to be part of that foundation.
