Duties Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, braiding Utilize salon software like SQUARE to book appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations Offer retail product recommendations through upselling techniques to boost sales and meet client needs Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing check-in/check-out processes Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling techniques Experience in hair extensions, color theory Proficiency in salon software systems such as SQUARE for appointment management and retail tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Store management experience or leadership qualities are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the salon Excellent retail math skills for upselling products effectively while maintaining professionalism Join us in creating beautiful transformations while delivering exceptional service!
