Conduct consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and treatment plans. Requirements Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in Permanent Makeup (PMU) or Microblading. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols for all treatments performed. Proficiency in salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Experience performing waxing services—including body waxing—and hair threading is highly desirable. Familiarity with laser hair removal, chemical peels, facial treatments, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and other aesthetic treatments is preferred.
