Rococo Hair Co. Santa Fe is looking for an experienced & talented Hair Stylist to add to our team! Founded in 2019, Rococo Hair Co. has quickly grown into one of Albuquerque's premier salons. Licensed cosmetologist Tiffany Link, with over 18 years of experience in the hair industry, brought her vision of salon ownership to life and continues to lead with passion and creativity. In 2023, we opened a second location, this time in Santa Fe. Rococo is known for its fresh, inviting atmosphere and growing reputation for excellence. Responsibilities:

Provide hair services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients Upsell salon products and services to clients Assist with front desk duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience in modern services like balayage, highlights, and hair cutting in various styles, lengths, and textures. Excellent customer service and communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients Strong sales skills and ability to upsell salon products and services Great work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation Enjoys working in a supportive, drama-free environment

Schedule Availability:

Our Stylists set their own schedules- you can choose which days you work and how many hours. However, we are only considering applicants who can work at least 1 weekend day (Saturdays and/or Sundays) .

Pay:

45% Commission for Service Sales 10% Commission for

Current New Mexico Cosmetology License Must be fully confident & competent doing modern foil services without supervision Availability to work Saturdays and/or
