TAP Beauty Lounge is looking for an experienced, talented, and team-oriented licensed cosmetologist to join our luxury blowout salon in Henderson. The ideal candidate is confident with traditional round-brush blowouts, rollers, pin curls, hot tools, and a variety of styling techniques. Compensation & Benefits $15 per hour, plus tips 10% commission on all retail product sales $100 employee anniversary gift Complimentary blowouts for all employees Internal contest to earn additional rewards Employee discount on additional beauty services & retail Qualifications Current and valid Nevada cosmetology license Minimum of three years of professional experience Strong blowout and styling skills Confident using traditional round brushes, rollers, pin curls, and hot tools Knowledge of Kérastase products is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Calm under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude Reliable team player who is always willing to pitch in Responsibilities Perform shampoo services, relaxing scalp massages, hair treatments, and masks Create beautiful blowouts using round brushes, rollers, and pin curls Style hair using hot tools and a variety of curling techniques Consult with clients and recommend styles, treatments, and products based on their hair needs Provide knowledgeable Kérastase product recommendations Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury salon environment Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation Assist with towels, light cleaning, and other tasks needed to support the team Follow all salon policies and Nevada State Board regulations Remain professional, positive, and solution-focused Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position offering approximately 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity to grow to full time. We are specifically seeking someone with availability on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Exact shifts and scheduling will be discussed during the interview based on availability and the salon's needs.
