Responsibilities Provide a wide range of beauty services including facials, skin treatments, nail care, hair styling, braiding, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and dermabrasion. Manage client consultations to understand their goals and recommend suitable treatments while ensuring clear communication about procedures and aftercare. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and proper sterilization protocols for tools and equipment. Utilize salon management software like Square for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships. Upsell retail products and additional treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue while delivering excellent guest services. Qualifications Valid licensing or certification in esthetics, cosmetology, nail technology, or related fields; additional certifications in laser treatments or injectables are a plus. Willing to work and train with new esthetician, cosmologists and nail techs as long as you willing to work hard and ambitious at promoting yourself Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in esthetic treatments, hair styling including hair extensions and color theory, nail care techniques, and body waxing. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatment options Familiarity scheduling and retail management; social media management skills are highly valued. Ability to perform detailed work A passion for continuous learning in aesthetic treatments including laser therapy and Med Spa procedures; previous hospitality or guest service experience is advantageous.
