Experienced Barber for all hair types and lengths needed for a facility in Hurley, NY. The qualified candidate MUST have a genuine compassion, patience, and understanding to their clientele. They must be able to provide the following services: Haircuts,(scissors/shears) clippers, shaves, hot towel shaves. This is a 1099 contract. Shift consists of Saturdays & Sundays. $30 per hair cut. Responsibilities Greet all customers, family members and employees of the community with a warm, friendly attitude, Ensure customer needs are identified and providing a quality full hair service. Ensure customers with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner. Complete salon paperwork carefully and efficiently. Collect payment for services (if applicable). Maintain safety standards, cleanliness of work area, complete sanitization and disinfection of hair cutting tools and salon instruments. Barber Qualifications Current barber license as required by Indiana regulations. Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Dedication to great customer service. Commitment to follow the 5-Step Customer Connection with every customer, every time. Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality haircuts. Skill to listen and understand what the customer wants. Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues. Skill to use a computer to track customer information. Ability to read and speak English.

Standing:
