Duties Perform haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services using various techniques including straight razor. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, offering expert advice on styles and products. for appointment scheduling and client management. Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance the client experience while contributing to salon revenue. Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling retail transactions using retail math skills. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork. Qualifications Valid barbering license or certification in accordance with state regulations.
