Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and foster loyalty. Qualifications Skilled in hair styling methods including weaves, wigs, or braiding Knowledge of sanitation practices and store management procedures to ensure a safe environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
