Who We're Looking For:

• Natural hair stylists, braiders, or barbers with _ 5+ years of experience
• _.
• Stylists with a passion for textured hair, braiding, or barbering.
• Professionals seeking to grow their business while working in a collaborative, upscale environment.
• Strong existing clientele is a plus.
• New stylist looking to rent 1-2 days to grow their business while perfecting their skills.

( Special rates for newly graduated). Experience Valid cosmetology, natural hairstyling or barbering license is required. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence as a solopreneur.

Rates:

Day Rate $85 half day (4 hours) $175 a day / Barbers rate tbd Weekly Rate $375
