Lead Hairstylist / Client Transition Opportunity Endless Roots Hair Co. is looking for an experienced, licensed hairstylist who is interested in stepping into an established salon role and serving an existing clientele. This opportunity is ideal for a stylist who is confident behind the chair, professional with clients, and comfortable supporting ongoing appointments, formulas, and client relationships with care and consistency. The right stylist should be warm, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide a seamless experience for guests who are already familiar with the salon. About the Opportunity This role may include working with existing Endless Roots clients, maintaining salon service standards, reviewing client formulas and notes when available, and helping create a smooth transition for guests. This is a strong opportunity for a stylist who wants to grow their book without starting completely from scratch. Services Include Haircuts and styling Root touch-ups Glosses and toners Blonding services Dimensional color Corrective color, depending on experience Blowouts and finishing Client consultations Product recommendations Ideal Candidate Licensed cosmetologist in New York State At least 3 years behind the chair preferred Experienced in color, blonding, cutting, and consultations Comfortable working with an established clientele Professional, dependable, and emotionally mature Strong communication skills with clients Able to review and follow formulas, notes, and service history Maintains high sanitation and salon standards Interested in building long-term client relationships Respectful of the existing salon brand and client experience What's Provided Opportunity to serve an existing clientele Professional salon space in Victor, NY Client notes and formulas when available Support during the transition process Clean, welcoming salon environment Potential for ongoing growth within the salon Flexible structure depending on fit and experience Compensation / Structure Compensation and structure will be discussed during the initial conversation and may depend on experience, availability, and the best fit for the salon and clients. Possible structures may include commission, hourly, a combined structure, or another mutually agreed-upon arrangement. Schedule Flexible schedule available. Some evening and/or weekend availability may be helpful depending on client needs.

License / Certification
