We are looking for a talented, professional, and customer-focused Hairstylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is confident performing a variety of cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services. Responsibilities Provide professional haircuts, blowouts, styling, coloring, highlights, and other salon services. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles and treatments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation. Follow salon sanitation and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Stay current with current hair trends, techniques, and products. Recommend professional hair-care products when appropriate. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive salon environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by state law. Previous salon experience preferred, but motivated licensed stylists are welcome to apply. Strong haircutting, styling, and/or color skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
