Dolcé Organic Salon, Med Spa & Salt Room is looking for talented Hairstylists/Colorists to join our team in Middleburg Heights. We are a full-service organic salon, spa, med spa, and salt room with an established guest base and a strong focus on providing an exceptional experience for both our guests and our team. New to Organic Color? That's Okay! If the word "organic" makes you think you'll have to relearn everything you know about hair color — don't let it! You already know how to color hair. We'll teach you how to do it with our organic color system. Our professional ammonia-free color system delivers the performance stylists and clients expect, including 100% gray coverage, beautiful dimensional results, lasting color, and an extensive shade range. Previous organic color experience is NOT required. We provide the education and support you need to learn our color and product lines and become confident working with them. Why Work Organic? You'll work with professional products featuring organic and biodynamic botanical ingredients and an ammonia-free color system — which also means no traditional ammonia fumes while you're working behind the chair. What We're Looking For We're looking for licensed cosmetologists who: Are confident in cutting, coloring, and styling Provides exceptional guest service Wants to build and retain a loyal clientele Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented Are open to learning new techniques and product lines Takes pride in their work and the guest experience Organic color experience is not required — we'll train you. Stylists may begin with a hourly rate while building their clientele and transition to commission as their book grows. Experienced stylists with an established clientele may be eligible to begin on commission. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, schedule, clientele, service sales, commission, and gratuities. We're happy to discuss the compensation structure openly during the interview.
