Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, explain service options, and ensure satisfaction. Manage your rental space efficiently by maintaining an organized station and adhering to store policies. Support team members through mentoring or sharing best practices in hair styling techniques, retail sales, or customer service strategies. Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license with current state certification required.
