Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hairstyling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all clients. Duties Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences. Provide consultations to clients regarding their hair needs and recommend suitable products and services. Assist with retail sales by promoting and upselling hair care products to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a professional atmosphere. Skills Proficient in cosmetology with a valid cosmetology or barbering license. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products confidently. Ability to collaborate in team environment. Knowledge of various hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Familiarity with eye lash extensions, waxing, Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy a plus. Experience in nail care services is advantageous but not required. A passion for staying updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty.
