Duties Provide professional hair and beauty services including haircuts, coloring, styling, extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care with precision and creativity Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation following all health and safety regulations to ensure client safety and satisfaction Utilize salon software such as Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Engage clients with excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or retail products Upsell retail products like hair care items, makeup, and accessories to enhance client results and increase revenue Manage the front desk duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling payments efficiently Mentor junior team members or apprentices when applicable to foster a collaborative learning environment Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation standards Proven experience in hair styling, coloring (including color theory), hair extensions, and nail care techniques Familiarity with salon software platforms such as
