Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair threading with precision and creativity. Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips tailored to each client's needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks while offering professional suggestions based on color theory and current trends. Assist with front desk duties including appointment booking, client check-in/out, and managing the salon's overall store management tasks. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hairstyling techniques like barbering, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair coloring. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation standards. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and advanced techniques such as hair extensions or eyelash extensions.
