We're seeking an experienced hairstylist who is passionate about their craft, committed to excellence, and ready to grow in a refined, team-focused environment. Duties Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, and color services. Educate clients on hair care, hair health, and product recommendations; upsell retail products to enhance their beauty routines. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state or local regulations. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, hair color, haircuts, perms, keratin treatments, and other various hair services. Excellent communication skills for client consultation and retail sales; ability to upsell products and add-on services confidently. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and client satisfaction.
