Overview FresherFades Barbershop is looking for a motivated, professional barber to join our growing team in Pickerington, Ohio. We are looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, team-oriented, and serious about growing their clientele and career. This opportunity is a great fit for a barber who is recently out of barber school, still building their book, or already has some clientele and wants to grow in a professional shop environment.

Responsibilities include:

Providing quality haircuts, fades, tapers, beard services, lineups, and other barbering services Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional client experience Keeping your station clean, organized, and sanitary Arriving on time and maintaining a dependable work schedule Building relationships with clients and encouraging rebooking and retention Participating in shop training, education, and team development Helping maintain a positive and professional atmosphere Creating and maintaining a professional appearance and strong work ethic

Qualifications:
