Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and recommend suitable grooming options. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in men's grooming and barbering. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied with their experience. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow. Uphold professional appearance and conduct at all times to represent the brand positively. Requirements Valid state license as a Barber. Proven experience in barbering or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of haircutting, styling, shaving techniques, and grooming products. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
