As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while also engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences. This is a booth rental opportunity! Duties Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, tailored to individual client preferences. Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client requests and offering professional advice. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet salon goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon space, including front desk duties when required. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification is required. Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hair services. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
