We are a well-established salon and spa that has proudly served our community for more than 20 years in the same location. We are looking for someone who is confident in their current skills, eager to learn, and excited to grow as part of a team. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, take direction well, and be willing to learn our systems, standards, and approach to guest care. Responsibilities Provide professional nail services with attention to detail and exceptional guest care Perform natural nail manicures and pedicures using traditional lacquer and gel polish Provide or develop skills in acrylic nail services Perform Gel-X and other enhancement services Create nail art and customized designs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits Work collaboratively with our salon and spa team Continue developing your skills through education and hands-on experience Requirements Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of salon safety protocols and sanitation practices Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions Strong understanding of color theory for nail art design and client consultations Proficiency in hair styling techniques including hair extensions, barbering, and hair threading Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other advanced beauty services is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients Ability to perform disinfection procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Retail sales experience with an understanding of retail math for upselling products effectively Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude that fosters client loyalty and team collaboration What we offer Commission-based compensation All professional supplies and products provided Some built-in clientele An established salon and spa with more than 20 years in the community A professional, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your clientele Opportunities to expand your service offerings and skills A beautiful, full-service salon and spa environment A team that values professionalism, collaboration, and continued growth We're Looking For Someone Who Is Licensed and qualified to perform nail services in the state of Ohio Confident performing natural nail services Comfortable with lacquer and gel polish Interested in or experienced with acrylics, Gel-X, and nail art Dependable, professional, and personable Coachable and open to feedback Willing to learn and grow A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative salon environment Passionate about making guests feel cared for and confident Experience with acrylics, Gel-X, and nail art is a plus, but we are also interested in someone who is motivated to learn and expand their skill set.

Pay:
