Strong earning potential: Start at $19/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $50,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
Established clientele:
step into an existing client base without having to build your own book of business. A schedule you can count on: Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location) Personal client experience: working one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client. Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and HairClub solutions. Recommend products and services based on individual client needs. Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit. Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
WHAT YOU BRING
Current active "worked in state" cosmetology license. Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills. A client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions. Strong relationship-building and time-management skills. Professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.
