We're a team of beauty professionals specializing in hair and beauty services, and we're looking to expand our team with another talented, motivated professional. We're currently looking for a licensed Nail Technician and/or Cosmetologist who is passionate about their craft, takes pride in their work, and wants to build their career in a professional salon environment. Whether you already have an established clientele or you're a newer licensee looking for a place to start building your book, we're open to the right person. Nail Technician Duties Provide professional nail services based on your training and specialty Perform manicures, gel manicures, structured manicures, acrylic or other enhancement services within your scope of practice Provide nail art and customized nail services Consult with clients regarding their desired look and recommend appropriate services Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Follow all Pennsylvania sanitation and licensing requirements Maintain proper sanitation and disinfection procedures between clients Take quality photos and videos of your work for social media and marketing Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking Promote your services and availability on social media Maintain accurate client and appointment information Participate in salon promotions, events, and marketing opportunities Maintain a professional appearance and provide an exceptional client experience Work collaboratively with other Adorn beauty professionals Cosmetologist Duties Provide professional cosmetology services within your Pennsylvania license and areas of expertise Perform haircuts, blowouts, styling, color, treatments, extensions, or other services based on your specialties Consult with clients to determine their hair goals and recommend appropriate services Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Follow all Pennsylvania sanitation and licensing requirements Maintain proper sanitation and disinfection procedures between clients Take quality before-and-after photos and videos of your work Build and maintain strong client relationships Encourage rebooking and actively work toward growing your clientele Promote your services and availability through social media Participate in salon promotions, events, and marketing opportunities Maintain accurate client and appointment information Provide a professional, welcoming, and personalized client experience Work collaboratively with other Adorn beauty professionals What We're Looking For Current Pennsylvania Nail Technician or Cosmetology license required Previous experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Reliable and punctual Professional and friendly Passionate about your craft Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable creating content and using social media to promote your work Self-motivated and interested in building a clientele Someone who takes pride in their work Someone who wants to grow with a salon rather than simply clock in and out ✨ Why Adorn?
