Salon 259 is looking for a motivated, outgoing licensed or temporarily licensed cosmetologist to join our team as a Salon Assistant. This position is designed for someone who wants to build a career behind the chair and is ready to put in the work to get there. We have a structured, year-long assistant training program designed to develop your technical skills, confidence, speed, client experience, and overall readiness to transition into a Junior Stylist position. For someone who is committed, coachable, and willing to follow through with the program, our goal is to have you working behind the chair as a Junior Stylist within one year.
