Upsell retail products like hair care, nail care, makeup, and eyelash extensions to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay current with industry trends by attending workshops or training sessions; mentor junior stylists when needed. Manage store operations including inventory control, retail math calculations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. Skills Proficiency with salon management software such as

for scheduling and sales tracking. Expertise in hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles. Skilled in barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and hair threading. Knowledge of hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to offer comprehensive beauty services. Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration. Experience working in the beauty industry with a solid understanding of sanitation standards and cosmetology practices. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with store management tasks such as retail sales calculations and inventory management.
