3 + years experience; stylist must bring his/her own book of clients
Schedule:
Daytime, Night hours, Weekend hour options available
Salary Range:
Commission and hourly based pay options

1 Week Paid vacation for full time employee after 1 year of employment Flexible weekends off after 90 days Responsibilities Cosmetology services — Provide a comprehensive range of services for men and women, including precision haircuts, color applications, advanced color techniques, and professional styling Trend awareness — Stay informed on emerging hair trends, techniques, and industry innovations Product recommendations — Advise clients on professional hair care products tailored to their individual needs and preferences Workstation upkeep — Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workstation at all times Policy adherence — Follow all salon policies, service standards, and operational procedures Experience & Qualifications Cosmetology license — Active and valid Advanced training — Certifications in specialized or advanced techniques Technical expertise — Strong command of color theory and cutting methods, with the ability to design personalized looks for each client Client service — Excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to build long‑term client relationships Software proficiency — Comfortable using salon management systems for scheduling and maintaining client records Communication skills — Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Team collaboration — Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team Fast‑paced adaptability — Capable of managing multiple clients efficiently in a dynamic environment
