Duties Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations. Maintain a welcoming front desk area, greeting clients and managing appointments. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Handle retail transactions accurately, applying knowledge of retail math when necessary. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon or beauty setting. Strong skills in hair styling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with hair extensions a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Experience managing front desk operations is a plus.
