Support stylists and barbers with hair styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application as needed. Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards, including tools sterilization and workspace organization. Assist with retail sales by upselling hair products, retail math calculations, and promoting services like hair threading or specialized treatments. Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and client records accurately within salon management systems. Support store management in inventory tracking and restocking supplies related to hair care, nail care, and beauty products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive salon experience. Skills Familiarity with cosmetology and barbering procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to perform retail sales with upselling strategies to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue. Basic understanding of store management principles to support daily operations efficiently.
