Summer Breeze Salon is a full-service salon where beauty meets wellness. Our hourly pay structure gives you consistent compensation while you build client relationships and develop your skills. What You'll Do Provide haircuts, styling, color, and other hair services within your training and expertise. Conduct thoughtful consultations, set realistic expectations, and recommend services that suit each client's needs. Help clients maintain their results through home-care education, product recommendations, and rebooking. Maintain sanitation standards and keep your workstation organized. Manage appointment timing and communicate promptly about delays or service concerns. Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, consistent guest experience. Who We're Looking For An active Pennsylvania cosmetology license. Strong technical skills and a commitment to continued learning. Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in client satisfaction. Professional judgment when handling feedback, client concerns, or a busy schedule.
