Responsibilities Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair extensions, and texturing treatments with precision and creativity Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail recommendation to enhance client satisfaction Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks, providing professional recommendations based on color theory and current trends Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with 2 years experience working in the beauty industry Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques, retail math for upselling products, and retail sales strategies Skilled in hair styling, hair care treatments, hair extensions, makeup application, and nail care is a bonus not required. Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and personalized service delivery Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff

Pay:

$25.75 - $31.01 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 35.0 per week
