Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Services Perform Crown & Raine signature head spa services and treatments Deliver a relaxing, elevated, and personalized experience for every guest Educate guests on scalp health, products, and aftercare recommendations Maintain strong rebooking conversations to encourage return visits Professional Standards Uphold Crown & Raine luxury service and brand standards at all times Maintain a polished, professional appearance and calming presence Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and team members Cleanliness & Organization Maintain pristine treatment rooms before and after every service Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols Ensure tools, beds, and products are properly cleaned and stocked Sales & Performance Promote and sell retail products, memberships, and service upgrades Contribute to team goals for rebooking and retail performance Represent the Crown & Raine brand with confidence and integrity

Qualifications:
