Responsibilities Deliver expert hair styling, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Perform hair treatments including extensions and nail care with precision and sanitation standards Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable hair care products or services Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all workstations and tools, including straight razors and other barbering equipment Upsell retail products confidently by educating clients on hair care solutions, makeup application, and retail math principles Mentor junior team members in techniques like hair coloring, styling, and customer communication to foster a collaborative environment Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques Knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and cosmetology standards required for professional service delivery Hands-on experience with hair extensions, nail care, and barbering (including straight razors) is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and relationship building Ability to perform retail sales with confidence while upselling additional services or products Prior mentoring experience or leadership roles within a salon environment is a plus Join us to elevate your career in a lively atmosphere where creativity meets professionalism!
