Hammer and Nails in Yardley, PA is looking for a talented and passionate Barber to join our team! Responsibilities:

Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, and style consultations to a diverse clientele Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming services to the highest standard Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and professionalism Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming workstation in compliance with health and safety standards Recommend grooming products and services tailored to each client's needs Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, premium shop experience Stay current on barbering trends, techniques, and men's grooming industry developments

Requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania Barber License required Proven experience in men's cuts, fades, tapers, and straight razor shaving Strong customer service skills with a client-first attitude Ability to build and retain a consistent book of clients Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for the craft and commitment to continuous improvement
