Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with state and industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their desired looks, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions. Upsell retail products such as hair care items, cosmetics, and styling tools to boost revenue while educating clients on proper product use. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse services. Knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, and advanced styling methods including the use of straight razors and barbering skills. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while providing personalized service. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
