The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, along with exceptional customer service skills. This role involves not only providing high-quality hair services but also contributing to the overall management of the salon environment. Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments. Educate clients on hair care products and services, promoting retail sales effectively. Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional Requirements Valid barbering license. Proven experience in a salon environment with strong skills in hair cutting and coloring. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
