Duties Create a positive, friendly, and fun atmosphere for children and parents Provide expert haircuts, styling, and finishing services for children of various ages, tailored to each client's preferences Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, including sterilizing tools and overall salon floor tidiness Assist clients with product recommendations, retail sales, upselling techniques to enhance their experience Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication to increase client retention and clientele Collaborate with team members to maintain the salon's high standards of service and performance As needed manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling client communication professionally Strong knowledge of hair care, hair coloring, color theory, and hair styling techniques Skilled in barbering techniques including the use of clippers Excellent communication skills for client consultation and personalized service delivery Embark on a rewarding journey where your talent shines! Hair Stylist Qualifications:

Proven experience as a hairstylist, experience with children a bonus! Current RI hair dressing/ cosmetology license is required. Expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling hair. Strong knowledge of beauty trends, haircare products, and tools. Excellent communication skills and a talent for building rapport with clients. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training. Join Our Team!
