Salon Associate (Bluffton, SC) We're looking for a motivated, positive, hospitality-minded cosmetology student or recent grad to launch their hairstylist career with us at our Bluffton salon. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our Associate Program and learn everything you need to become a successful stylist (6-18 months depending on your skillset), with lots of education and support to get you on the floor with confidence Welcome guests warmly, hang coats, offer beverages, and help create a positive first impression Support stylists throughout the day with whatever they need to keep things running smoothly Deliver outstanding, 5-star customer service that reflects the Whip Salon standard every single day Assist with social media content and marketing efforts to help build the salon's brand Keep workstations and tools neat, sanitized, and ready to go Maintain a clean, tidy salon at all times, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, mirrors, windows, and product shelves, and handling dishes Wash, fold, and put away laundry and keep levels stocked Attend all staff meetings Grow into performing shampoos and scalp massages as your skills develop

SCHEDULE

Full time, 40 hrs/week Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm 8-hour shifts

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Currently enrolled in or graduated from cosmetology school Motivated, upbeat, and reliable with consistent attendance Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn Strong customer service skills and a warm, welcoming attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to take direction and support others
