Role Requires:

This is a performance-based role , not just an hourly position. You'll be expected to: Perform high-quality waxing services efficiently Connect with guests and deliver a professional, polished guest experience Educate guests on aftercare, skin health, and benefits of long-term waxing Comfortably make service & product recommendations Contribute to team goals (Guest Retention, Retail, Services, & Wax Passes) Follow all EWC brand & sanitation standards Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally) Ability to remain on your feet for prolonged periods during scheduled shifts

Pay & Perks:

$20-$30/hour average (performance-based earnings including uncapped retail & service commissions, bi-weekly bonuses & tips) Earnings grow with your performance Fixed schedules (AM/PM shifts + 1 weekend day) Paid training + ongoing coaching Free waxing & product discounts
