Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients and supporting store management tasks. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, store management practices, and customer service excellence. Skills Strong knowledge of hair care products, hair styling tools including straight razors, and sanitation protocols. Experience working in the beauty industry with a solid understanding of cosmetology principles and barbering techniques. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while providing personalized service.
