Role Requires:
This is a performance-based role , not just an hourly position. You'll be expected to: Perform high-quality waxing services efficiently Connect with guests and deliver a professional, polished guest experience Educate guests on aftercare, skin health, and benefits of long-term waxing Comfortably make service & product recommendations Contribute to team goals (Guest Retention, Retail, Services, & Wax Passes) Follow all EWC brand & sanitation standards Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally) Ability to remain on your feet for prolonged periods during scheduled shifts Ready to Build Your Career?
