Licensed Barber Join The Man Salon - Where Great Talent Earns Great Rewards! The Man Salon is looking for a talented, energetic, and customer-focused Barber to join our growing team! Our team members are among the highest-paid in the Black Hills region , and we're currently offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates. Licensed Barber Responsibities Deliver exceptional men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services. Consult with clients to recommend styles and products that fit their needs. Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation. Promote retail products and educate clients on proper hair care. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive salon environment. Stay current on the latest haircutting techniques and men's grooming trends. Licensed Barber Qualifications Barber License (required). Previous experience cutting men's hair preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clipper and scissor cutting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
