Overview Apex Barber Lounge is a premium grooming brand built on precision cuts, clean fades, and an elevated client experience. This is an opportunity to get in early, build your clientele, and be part of a high-end barbershop from the ground up. What Makes Apex Different Brand new high-end barbershop with premium furniture and finishes Branded grooming products for retail and client use Professional shop supplies including L3VEL3 products provided Strong branding, marketing, and client acquisition support Bonus opportunities and performance incentives Sign-on bonus available for the right candidate What You'll Do Deliver high-level haircuts, fades, beard work, and grooming services Provide a premium, consistent client experience Build and retain a strong, loyal clientele Maintain a clean, professional workspace aligned with Apex standards Represent the brand with professionalism and attention to detail What We're Looking For Licensed barber in Tennessee Strong skills in fades, tapers, and modern styles Professional appearance and communication Self-motivated with a growth mindset Reliable transportation (for mobile services) Bonus (Not Required) Existing clientele Social media presence Experience in high-end or mobile barbering Compensation This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential. Barbers earn per service + tips, with typical earnings ranging from $25-$60+ per hour depending on performance, availability, and clientele.
