Position Summary The Stylist delivers expert-level hair services with precision, creativity, and professionalism. This role is ideal for an experienced stylist who thrives in a supportive, beautifully designed environment and values both technical excellence and meaningful client relationships. Ideal Candidate You're a confident, skilled stylist who takes pride in your work and loves creating a warm, elevated experience for every client. You are local to the area and have a clientele. You value teamwork, professionalism, and a salon environment that feels both inspiring and welcoming. Responsiblities Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, styling, and specialty techniques Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend personalized solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Build and retain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication Stay current on trends, techniques, and continuing education Contribute to a positive, team‑focused culture Represent Harpeth Hair Co. with professionalism, warmth, and integrity Qualifications Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License (required) 3-5+ years of professional salon experience preferred Strong portfolio showcasing technical skill and versatility Excellent communication and client‑care skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Passion for delivering an elevated, hospitality‑driven client experience We deliver elevated service in a beautiful setting where you can shine!
