Paul Mitchell the School-Nashville is seeking a qualified,energetic and highly motivated Cosmetology Instructor to join our Team! With over one hundred schools nation-wide, Paul Mitchell Schools is growing faster than ever. The Cosmetology Instructor's primary objective is to motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in Customer-Focused service and create rich learning experiences in the classroom and on the clinic floor. You should be forward focused and solution-oriented; with knowledge in theory and state board. We are hiring for full and part-time positions. JOB REQUIREMENTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Runs and maintain all aspects of the clinic floor
- Knowledgeable and experienced in customer-focused services
- Teach and motivate students in the classroom
- Coaches students on work area and client services
- Direct students clinic floor learning, and facilitate mini classes
- Strong Theory and State Board skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fun loving person with a high level of integrity and love's the education field Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a school instructor in the cosmetology field and knowledge of the beauty industry.
