Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet client preferences. Apply hair extensions, eyelash extensions to enhance clients' natural beauty. Use salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Provide expert advice on hair care products, retail items, and upselling opportunities to boost sales. Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, and answering inquiries. Mentor junior team members and contribute to store management by supporting daily operations and team collaboration. Qualifications Valid Cosmetology or Barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Proficiency in hair styling techniques including blowouts, braiding, curling, and straightening. Knowledge of hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles. Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for client consultation and client communication to understand their needs clearly. Familiarity with salon software platforms for scheduling and retail management. Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently and uphold health standards at all times. Retail math skills for effective upselling and retail sales performance. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued.
